The Club Trustees hereby give notice of the upcoming AGM for Hawks Hockey Club.

We request that as many members attend as possible. We will be reviewing the club’s first 18 months and collaborating on how to shape our future. Thanks to the outstanding support of our members, the club is thriving—come and help us celebrate its success!

  • 19:10 – Chairperson’s Report

  • 19:20 – Treasurer’s Report & Approval of Accounts

  • 19:30 – Coaching Report

  • 19:45 – Open Discussion (Member Q&A)

  • 20:15 – Official Appointments & Elections

  • 20:30 – Close

Voting & Governance: There are several official votes to be conducted. Every paid member of Hawks is entitled to one vote. This may be cast by a parent/guardian, or by the member themselves if they are 16 years of age or older.

Questions & Points of Discussion: We encourage everyone to contribute to the meeting and the direction of the club. Please feel free to ask questions or bring up topics at the meeting and, if you can, please highlight these before the meeting by emailing hello@hawkshockeyclub.org.uk so we can allocate appropriate time to the discussion.
